Hoop Workout Session

  • There will be Hoop Workout Session in Singapore and PJ, Malaysia. 

    We proudly introduce to you, Lim Jing, our Hoop Workout instructor. She's a certified Yoga Instructor and has been using hula-­hoop enthusiastically as part of her fitness regime since her teenage years. Reviving her interest in hula­‐hoop with yoga know-how, she has been able to incorporate stretching exercises using hula hoop as fitness tool. 

    Session 1 : 1st December 2017, Friday, 7pm - 8pm 8pm - 9pm
    Session 2 : 2nd December 2017, Saturday, 1pm-2pm, 2pm -3pm
    Fees : $15/hr with hoop purchase OR $35/session without hoop purchase
    Venue : To be confirmed. 


    PJ, Malaysia
    Session 1 : 7th December 2017, Friday, 8pm - 9pm
    Session 2 : 8th December 2017, Saturday, 11.30am-12.30pm 
    Fees : RM21/hr with hoop purchase OR RM45/session without hoop purchase
    Venue : The Club, Persiaran Surian, Bandar Utama, 47800 PJ, Selangor, Malaysia.


    * RM21 = SGD7 | RM45 = SGD15 
    (1SGD : 3MYR)
    * Lesson will be cancelled if number of participants doesn't meet minimum quantity. We will provide full refund if workout session is cancelled.
