We proudly introduce to you, Lim Jing, our Hoop Workout instructor. She's a certified Yoga Instructor and has been using hula-hoop enthusiastically as part of her fitness regime since her teenage years. Reviving her interest in hula‐hoop with yoga know-how, she has been able to incorporate stretching exercises using hula hoop as fitness tool.
Session 1 : 1st December 2017, Friday, 7pm - 8pm, 8pm - 9pm
Session 2 : 2nd December 2017, Saturday, 1pm-2pm, 2pm -3pm.
Fees : $15/hr with hoop purchase OR $35/session without hoop purchase
