Hooping Step-By-Step

Hooping is a fun aerobic exercise. 
Here’s a simple 1-2-3 steps for an enjoyable “hooping” time!

1. Stand firm on the flat ground, leg apart slightly and place hula hoop behind your back. 
2. Give a push to your hoop with your hands. 
3. Move your waist to the opposite direction of the hoop. 

Tips: You may want to rotate hoop twirling side (clockwise and anti-clockwise). This helps increase flexibility and muscles are evenly worked on.
