We will process product returns, exchange or refund provided that:
- You have proof of purchase (original purchase receipt)
- You purchased the product in the last 7 days
- The items or goods received match the description of your order or are not damaged or defective
Goods Return
- Please write us at contactus@hulahoopsingapore.com.
- For damaged or defective item, and want an exchange, please return the item to us first and we will process your replacement order.

- Goods exchange is only allowed for items with same or lower value after 7 days of receiving the item.
- If you would like to exchange for item with higher value, a top of the price difference is required.
- Exchange of goods required items to be returned in good condition (item and it's packaging).
- Wrapping the parcel is a must before courier man collects item.
- Any damage to the box will subject to 50% value of the item purchased.
- Buyer have to bear the costs of return shipping and shipping of new item back to you.
