High-Low Core Hooping (Upper & Lower Waist Target)

Aim:This hooping method targets your upper waist, core, and lower waistline. It challenges you to control the hoop as it shifts along your torso. By moving the hoop up and down, you’ll not only strengthen your core but also massage areas like the love handles.
How to Do It:

Choose either the LFLF Hooping Method or FBFB Hooping Method, whichever feels more natural.

Start by keeping the hoop high on your waistline.

Gradually guide the hoop lower to your mid-waist area.

For an extra challenge and to massage the love handles, shift the hoop below the waistline while continuing to twirl.
- Repeat steps 2–4 for as long as your fitness level allows.
Notes:
- It may feel tricky to control the hoop as it moves up and down — this is normal and part of the challenge.
- If the hoop drops, let it fall naturally to the ground. Don’t try to catch it with your legs, as this can cause injury.
